Minimal mosquitoes around our house!
Priority Pest has done an amazing job of keeping the bugs away! All through the summer, we experience minimal mosquitoes around our house when we stay up on getting our house sprayed. We also do the quarterly bug spray to keep away some of the spiders and other little bugs that previously used to sneak into our house all the time. Now we rarely ever run into any. Great with communication as well!

Back in September, I reached out to Chanz because we had a serious bug issue in our home. It all started after some changes: we had furniture delivered from California, unpacked boxes that had been in storage into our garage, and my kids’ father moved all his belongings into our home before he passed away. On top of that, we had recently gone thrifting. A few weeks later, we noticed little bugs wandering around our home. I was in disbelief. This is a brand-new housing development, but we were dealing with spiders, bed bugs, ants—you name it. I’ve never experienced this kind of infestation in my life. Everything I read suggested we’d need heat treatment in addition to spraying to handle the problem. Thankfully, Chanz went above and beyond. He treated both the inside and outside of our home and resolved the issue completely in just two treatments—without the need for heat therapy. I’ve had problems with spiders in this house for over two years and had used two other pest control companies before finding him. Neither of them came close to eliminating the issue. I constantly had to call and beg those companies to come back and spray again, only to be met with poor results and frustrating customer service. With Chanz, the experience was entirely different. I dealt directly with him, and his customer service is nothing short of exceptional—first class, professional, and 100% effective. He even offers a warranty! After he sprayed, I haven’t seen a single spider. He worked with me to set up a payment plan and even came back for a follow-up treatment at no extra charge. I couldn’t ask for better service.
